How To Apply:
To use simply screw off the lid, remove tamper seal, apply and leave to dry. Apply 2-3 layers to get a better Glow-in-the-Dark effect. Using a bright light source like a UV light, charge the paint for a minute and go into dark room and see it glow in the dark. Simply keep recharging the paint to glow again and again.
